Maintenance


The renter is responsible for the following maintenance of the leased home goods; cleaning, and item being returned in the condition it was rented. If minor damage from ordinary use was caused, the lessor is responsible of the damage therefor the item will have to be purchased at wholesale price.  The option of returning goods dirty is possible with rental cost at 7000 instead of 5000 – this needs to be clarified with our staff first. 

 


Termination By  Renter


We have a minimum rental period of 24 hours. Once the rental period is over, we will need to have products prepared for pick up or delivered back to us on time otherwise, an additional cost of ( products x extra rent period  ) will be charged. In the unfortunate case of broken products, each item has to be purchased at wholesale price ( please find prices indicated in our catalog below). 

Additional Terms


The rented property is and shall be at all times be and remain the sole exclusive personal property of Owner or its assigns and the Renter shall have no right, title or interest therein or thereto as expressly set forth in this Rental Contract.

Delivery 

Cost are free of charge in the zones Kerobokan/Seminyak/Kuta.

HOW?

Every vacation is unique; this is why we propose you a Rental service “a la carte” designed for your particular needs.

Benefit from our Delivery service at your location of choice. Seminyak/Kuta/Kerobokan are free of charge. For different locations, please contact us for more information on delivery fees. 

  1. Send us your list of items via email hire@balirentall.com along with the dates of your rental (start/end);

  2. We will send you a detailed estimate of the costs;

  3. If your total rental cost reaches Rp 2,000,000 you will enable a 10% discount. 

  4. Payments can be sent by online transfer or Cash on Delivery.
